About the See the Change Scholarship
Community-service-minded high school seniors have a chance to be rewarded for giving back to their community. Annually, Vision Source awards three graduates of Las Vegas, Henderson or Boulder City high schools with $1,000 scholarships. The See the Change scholarship rewards students for academic achievement as well as contributions to community service projects. Students must demonstrate visionary thinking in developing community-service-based solutions to health issues that challenge Las Vegas. In essay format, students will describe what they see as an important health issue and present a community-service project that will solve or ease the burden of that health issue.
Applicants must be going on to study a health-, medical-, or science-related field at a four year college or university.
